CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 2004

Here are the highlights from the Featured Expert column:

Dennis Slothower wants you to continue to play your cards conservatively, with risk management as a key priority. He has a few recommendations he likes this week, as short cycles appear to be strengthening here at the end of the month, but overall, the period of February into early March looks risky.

Slothower thinks the best thing investors should do is to wait for a low risk buying opportunity to develop. While the trend is very strong, his anticipatory indicators suggest the market is at maximum levels, where corrections tend to occur.
